You may mail your application or drop it off at: Hilltop Grand Village Inc., 1400 24th St. S., Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494. If you intend to share an apartment at Hilltop Grand Village with someone, both people need to fill out an application.
Upon choosing an apartment, we ask for the first month’s rent, a security deposit and an admissions fee. We will set up a time to meet to finalize paperwork. Hilltop Grand Village uses a month-to-month lease, with 30-day notice terms.
